Pharma Lessons has started working on a completely free GVP (Good Pharmacovigilance Practice) training course. GVP is drawn up to facilitate the performance of pharmacovigilance activities within the EU and applies to marketing authorisation holders in the EU, the Agency and competent authorities in Member States. The new training will cover the principles and guidelines of the new pharmacovigilance Regulation (EU) No 1235/2010 and Directive 2010/84/EU.

Half of the GVP training is ready and is freely available on the website of the company:

All of the currently completed chapters can be accessed through the website’s main navigational menu. Google Chrome or any other modern browser capable of displaying images will be enough for the users to enjoy the course from the comfort of their homes. No registration or additional software is required.

Again the course is in the form of short summary presentations which makes it pleasant and effective learning tool. The product will cover the latest legislation changes and can therefore serve as a refresher course for all those already familiar with pharmacovigilance.

Pharma Lessons promises to be able to present the complete Good Pharmacovigilance Practice training course in the upcoming months. The online portal will continue to develop free pharma courses for all people involved in clinical research that seek to improve their knowledge without spending any of their money.
